Joshua Tree Hall (Building 22) is one of two corridor-style first-year residence halls at CSUN, opened Fall 2025 within The Park Apartments and Suites complex. Double-occupancy rooms with communal per-floor bathrooms. Centrally controlled air conditioning at 68–74°F operates throughout all Park buildings.
