The Village Apartments is CSUN's family and graduate housing community, located at the north end of campus at 17803 Lassen St. Available as furnished one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with full kitchens and private bathrooms. Eligible residents include graduate students, undergraduate students with spouses/domestic partners, and students with dependent children. Month-to-month leases are available. Utilities included. The Village Apartments are separate from the main Park Apartments and Suites student housing complex.
