Cassat Hall is a modern suite-style residence hall at Carleton College, connected by an underground tunnel to James Hall and housing students in suite configurations with semi-private bathrooms shared within each suite. The building offers more contemporary living arrangements than Carleton's older corridor halls and is popular with students who prefer suite-style privacy while remaining close to the main academic quad. Cassat residents benefit from the shared social infrastructure of the James-Cassat complex.
