Marks Hall is a Mid Quad suite-style residence offering a variety of room types and housing a first floor that is designated gender-inclusive. The building is known for its music room, where students from across campus drop in to practice instruments or jam with others — a rare amenity among CMC's halls. A comfortable first-floor lounge and a large outdoor patio serve as gathering spots, making Marks one of the more socially active halls in Mid Quad. Like all CMC dorms, Marks bathrooms are shared between a small group of rooms rather than open to the whole floor, giving it a semi-private character. Rooms are air-conditioned.
