NSU Residential Complex is the university's newest suite-style residence hall, opened in 2019 with approximately 740 beds. The modern co-ed complex houses upperclassmen in suite configurations with semi-private bathrooms and community kitchens available on each floor. The building features contemporary amenities including study lounges, community gathering spaces, laundry facilities, and high-speed internet.
