New Residence Hall is NKU's newest and largest residence hall, opened Fall 2021 with 297 beds across five floors. The building is suite-style: each suite houses four students in two bedrooms and includes a shared shower and restroom between suite members. Common areas are expansive and modern. The hall offers air conditioning and is open to first-year students, located in Boothe Residential Village. As of 2026 it still carries the working name "New Residence Hall" — an official name has not yet been announced.
