Old Barrows is a handsome brick building with pillars, a grand front porch, and a large lawn, accommodating approximately 22 residents in an intimate setting. It long served as a safe residential community specifically welcoming to students who identify as female or trans. The building was taken offline in 2025 to facilitate planning for its long-term historic preservation, and is not currently housing students.
