Texcoco is SDSU's newest residential community, opening fall 2026 as part of the Evolve Student Housing project — the largest student housing development in SDSU's history. Suite-style community with 323 suites offering double- and triple-occupancy rooms; suites are co-ed by building but single-gender by room, with a private restroom shared only by suitemates.
