Siena College is a Franciscan liberal arts college in Loudonville, New York, just north of Albany. Founded in 1937 by the Franciscan Friars, Siena emphasizes a Catholic, Franciscan educational tradition rooted in the spirit of community, service, and academic excellence. The college is particularly well known for its School of Business, as well as strong programs in science, education, and social work. Siena's suburban campus is situated on 174 acres and is home to approximately 3,000 undergraduate students.
